We track your financials and provide custom reports to you monthly through our secure, advanced and fully automated web-based accounting system. With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Monthly statements are emailed to you on the 3rd of each month (prior month statement sent) and uploaded to your owner portal. Once rents are received, we transfer funds directly to the bank account of your choice and send you a month to date statement.

Owners have access to your financial information 24/7 through your Owner Portal – just login and go! Log into your owner portal to view statements & more, such as:

  • Download owner statements, income reports
  • Detail of rent collection for the current month
  • Details of maintenance vendor bills
  • Copies of all pertinent documents - such as lease and property condition reports
  • Owner statement and direct deposit by ACH processing to your bank account

On an annual basis, you will also receive the following:

  • Tax statements and 1099s
  • Annual summary owner statement
